Women in Thoroughbred Racing NT invite you to submit an Expression of Interest to attend 2026 Katherine Cup weekend events.

Please RSVP by 26 May 2026 so bookings can be confirmed.

Event overview

Friday 14 August — Calcutta Night

Venue: Turf Club trackside - includes food and drinks

Saturday 15 August — Katherine Cup

Venue: Turf Club Pavilion

Pavilion features and inclusions

• Reserved tables of 10 in air-conditioning
• Private bar facilities within the Pavilion
• Televisions broadcasting racing Australia-wide throughout the day
• Outdoor trackside space with bar tables and direct views of the racing action and finish line
• Official Race Book provided; TAB facilities available
• Catering: canapés, hot and cold buffet table including prawns and oysters; some table service included

Pricing

Full package includes airconditioned bus with driver to and from Darwin and event and hotel pick up drop off in Katherine - $542 per person

Ticket only no transport - $371 per person

Accommodation rates have been secured for Members to book if required:

Knotts Crossing: $172 per cabin

Contour: $250 standard room, $285 Deluxe or family room

• Transport option (full package or no transport)

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of payment.
